Merging Duplicates

  1. Open the Reports area from the main menu
  2. Select Auditing Reports
  3. Choose Duplicate Names or Duplicate Companies
  4. Select the criteria by which you want to identify duplicate records
  5. Click Go/Search
  6. Use "Next" or "Jump To" options to locate the items you wish to merge. You cannot, at this time, search for specific records to merge.
  7. Click 'Merge' when you have found the undesired duplicates.
  8. Select which record will be the Master and which record(s) you want to merge into the Master. All items from the merged records will be copied to the Master record, and the originals will be deleted.
  9. Click Go/Run to perform the merge.
