This button will remove the current record from the database.

Clicking this bar will allow you to enter the number of the record you wish to jump to in the series.
When you enter a zip code, PCRecruiter will use its built-in zip code database to find the matching city/state for the zip code entered. Clicking the three-dotted button next to the "Zip" field will allow you to search manually.
If you start entering a city and state before you've entered a zip code, PCRecruiter will use its built-in zip code database to find the matching zip code for the city entered. Clicking the three-dotted button next to the "City" field will allow you to search manually. It is important to note that for larger metropolitan areas with multiple zip codes, you may need to alter the last two or three digits of the code.
Clicking any of the field title buttons will allow you to search that field for a particular term. For example, clicking the "Zip" button will present a box in which you can type in a zip code. PCRecruiter will return a list of all names listed with that zip. If you wish to search for multiple terms, simply separate them with a comma.
Clicking this button will open your default web browser or MAPI email client to the web page or email address listed.
This button will automatically dial the phone number listed using the Windows Dialer. PCRecruiter is TAPI compliant for Microsoft Version 1.4 and 2.01. For more information, ask your phone vendor about TAPI compliant equipment.
Use these letter tabs to find names alphabetically. The * (asterisk) tab will load a complete listing of all records. The "Find" tab launches the Query Builder for company searches.
This button will change the status of all names related to this company to "E" (employed) or "C" (client). The "Add to Default List" checkbox is used to specify the House Accounts.
The calculator button will open PCRecruiter's built-in calculator.
This button will allow you to select from a list of previously entered industry names/codes. This will make your searches more efficient, as all industry names will be entered consistently, regardless of the user.
Click this button to send all of the names associated with the current company to the search tab screen. This will allow you to view all of the names in list format, as well as view profiles, build rollups, and other features you would normally perform on search results.
This button will jump to the record for whatever company is specified with a check in its "Add to Default List" checkbox. You may specify as many House Accounts as you would like, but it is highly recommended that you have only one (your company), and that non-administrative users be blocked from creating default companies. PCRecruiter will automatically open the House Account when it is first opened.
You may associate companies with each other by various connections using this screen. Associations are reciprocal (the connection will be listed on both the current and the associated records' list). Click on the main listing area to add or remove an association from the current record. Choose the type of connection you wish to signify using the menu. 'Jump to Company'' will minimize the Company Associations screen down to your Windows task bar (bottom of your screen) and take you to the name record for that associated person. 'Return to (Company)" will minimize the Company Associations screen down to your Windows task bar (bottom of your screen) and take you back to the record you were just viewing.
