You may instantly create a webpage from any positions rollup list by using this feature. Enter the title you wish to use for the page and the directory to export the page to (local or remote). Then, choose a name for the html file and enter the URL for your website (http://www... etc.) and your email address. Finish up by selecting the rollup list to export, and the desired color scheme. For further instruction on creating a website and placing job orders on it, contact your web hosting provider or web design service.
Use this selection to export your records to Recruiters Online. Before using this feature, you MUST create a custom field called 'ronmetro' in all records to be exported and fill it with the proper data from the metro area table. Choose whether you wish to export job orders or resumes. The posting source and tracking number are automatically assigned and should not need to be edited. Enter your RON ID and password and, if you wish to receive confirmation of the export's safe receipt, your email address and 'Y' in the confirmation box. Finally, put smartpost@recruitersonline.com into the 'Upload to' field, and select the rollup list to export. If you subscribe to RON's value added services, check the box. Click Create Export to complete the export.
Click here to start making a new database. You will be asked if you wish to start with a blank database (choose yes) or a replica of the currently open one (choose no). Once you choose yes or no, the name of the chosen database to replicate (or Blank Database) will appear in the field below the red button.
Click the blue button and enter the name you wish to assign to the new database.
Click the orange button and pick a location for your new database (.mdb) file.
Click the green button to create the new database.
Fill the checkboxes for the fields you wish to re-index. The Fill Factor is the amount of free space created per index page in the database. More free space means larger database files, but faster action. Lower numbers means small database files that are slower moving. Fill factor should be between 80 and 100.

Click the three-dotted button to the right of this field and select the rollup list you wish to export.
Enter the email address you wish to export your data to in this area, or use the dropdown three-dotted button to select a name from the database to send the data to.
Click this button to begin your MAPI transfer. The data will be sent/received using whatever email account is set as the default on your computer.
Use this dropdown list to select the source of the incoming import. You may import via MAPI email protocol, or from a PCRecruiter MAPI export file (.out) on disk (note that this is different than using the import/export feature of the System Tab, which is for importing non-PCRecruiter database files).
If you are importing a PCRecruiter .out file from a disk, use the three-dotted button to the right of this field to locate the file.
