Use these boxes to select the start and end
dates for the user report you wish to see. The up and down arrows will increment the
date by single days, while the
dropdown arrow will allow you to choose your date from
PCRecruiter's standard Calendar Selector.
After specifying the dates you wish to see a report for, click on the button for the type of report you want. The query results window will display a list of the users on your system, and the number of records they entered/edited that correspond to the report type you chose.
This window will display the results of the requested report, with the user names on your system listed down the left side, and the number of records entered that match your terms on the right.
Click one of these buttons to create a report for your selected Field. 'Run Query by Count' will order your Field Distribution Results by the number of records entered for each possible entry in that field. 'Run Query by Name' will order your Field Distribution Results numerically or alphabetically by the values entered for your selected Field.
This window will display the results of the requested report. The left column of the window will display all of the possible entries for your selected Pre-Defined or Custom Field, and the right column will display the number of names records entered between your selected dates containing that value. The ordering of the results, by count or by name, is chosen using the "Run Query by..." buttons.
This window will display the results of the requested report. In 'Summary' mode, the report will list all of the activity types associated with either Names, Companies or Positions (depending on which button you choose), and the number of entries made for each activity type within your chosen time period. In 'By User' mode, the report will list the same as 'Summary' mode, but will also display the activities with the system use that entered them.

As one might expect, the Summary buttons correspond to the category to their left... or example, if you click the 'Summary' button to the right of 'Names', you will be presented with a summary of the activities entered for name records. To include the User who created the entries in your report, try the 'By User' buttons.

Click here to create a report based on any of PCRecruiter's standard Names tab fields. Use the drop down arrow menu to select a field, and then click one of the "Run Query by..." buttons to generate a report in the Results window.
