This three-dotted button will present a list of the fonts (type styles) installed on your system for you to select from.
This drop down list will allow you to select a font (type style) size.
The large and small letter 'A' buttons are for selecting a larger or smaller font size.
This button makes the selected text bold.
This button makes the selected text italicized.
This button underlines the selected text.
This button aligns the selected text to the left side of the window.
This button centers the selected text in the window.
This button aligns the selected text to the right side of the window.
This button allows you to pick a color for the selected text.
This button will bring up a window very much like the current one, which will allow you to create a custom header for all bulk emails or printing. The custom header can be anything from a welcome from your company, to an actual company logo (cut and paste yours in from another program).
When this is checked, the custom header (defined with the set button) will be attached to the top of this resume when it is sent in an email or printed.
When this box is checked, the resume will be emailed as an attached file, as opposed to in the body of the email itself.
This feature is not yet functional... expect it in a future update of PCR. If you wish to send the resume to someone without the name (so they won't go directly to the candidate and hire them directly), check this box.
This button will launch your MAPI compliant email program (MS Outlook, etc.) for emailing the current resume. The resume can be sent as an attached file, or in the body of the email, based on the state of the 'Email as Attachment' checkbox.

This button sends the current file to your word processor for printing or faxing.
This button will close the Resume window.
A resume is, by default, locked to prevent tampering. Clicking in the text area will present you with the choice to unlock the resume for editing.
Paste/ type the text or images into this area as you would with any word processor. Use the buttons along the top of the window to assist in your layout.
Include Attachment With Letter
Click in this box to attach a file to your form letter. Click on the "Set" button to select the file to attach.
The "Set" button will give you a selection screen for locating a file to attach on your hard drive. In order to send this file with your form letters, you must have the Include Attachment box checked.
This area displays the title of the current form letter, which also serves as the "subject" line if the letter is emailed out from PCRecruiter. You cannot save a form letter without a title.
Click here to choose a previously composed form letter from a list.
Click here to close the window and save changes.
Click here to delete this form letter from PCRecruiter.
This button closes the screen and returns you to the previously open window without saving any changes.
Use this item to bulk email all the members of a specific rollup list.
This area will display the current scripts associated with this record. Right click in this area to create a new script or delete an existing one. Refresh will re-alphabetize the list.
