Clicking here will display the selected person's record.
This selection will display the "Profile Window" shown at the right of the screen image above. The profile window is an easy way to view individual records without jumping back and forth between the "Names" screen and the search results. If you select another name from the results while the profile window is open, it will display the record of the selected person.
All returned records are given a score
based on several factors, including the number of times the word appeared, how old the
resume is, who entered it, where the key terms appeared, etc. The "R" or "A" tells you
whether the search term(s) were found in the Resume or Attributes (notes) of the person's record. The
percentage is how close of a match they were to your terms... in the screenshot shown
here, every record was a 50% because the one term entered was found in either their
resume, or their attributes, but not both (which would yield a 100% score). The
symbol
indicates those people who are un-hireable, because they are either already employed, or
are contacts/recruiters. Finally, the "*****" strings are a representation of the person's "Good to
Better" bar in the "Notes" window. This makes a useful tie-breaker for
selecting a few records from many eligible choices.
