Job Description

Position: Printed Circuit Board Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

The PCB Design Engineer is responsible for creating schematics and PCB layout.

Technical Qualifications:

Experience with schematic capture and layout using Orcad schematics capture and Allegro layout tools.

Create circuit symbol models using Cadence Orcad schematic capture tool.

Create circuit schematics under instruction of electrical design engineer.

Create package footprints using Cadence Allegro according to vendor datasheets

PCB layout using Allegro

Familiar with high speed (>10 Gb/s) RF and mixed circuit layout

Experienced with multiple layer (>10 layers) PCB layout, with complicated layer/via structures

Familiar with PCB manufacturer processes

Perform mechanical tolerance analysis
