Drafter

A terrific, full-time opening has come available for an Architectural Drafter with experience in the historic commercial restoration construction arena to join a cutting edge, extremely stable organization. This position would earn a competitive base salary plus bonus, and a great benefits package including competitive insurance plans, paid vacation, sick pay, and other outstanding perks. This position is located in the beautiful Sunset park area of Brooklyn.

· Support design of internal projects

· Coordinate with design team for delivery of pricing docsuments

· Coordinate with leasing team for planning of renovations and fit-outs

· Prepare plans, elevations, sections, and details.

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

• Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have a Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years’ experience with AutoCAD, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, & 3D modeling software
• Knowledge of NYC Building Codes and basic ADA requirements
• Strong background in architecture, landscape architecture, signage, wayfinding, lighting, streetscape improvement, environmental graphic, and interior design projects.
