Our client is a commercial lines property casualty company providing local underwriting, loss prevention, claims, marketing and sales as well as audit functions for agents and customers.  Integrating the most effective technologies and customer interfaces allows our client to reduce processing costs, lower expenses for its agency partners while striving to deliver consistency in product,  approach and service delivery.

Our client is seeking a Claim Director for their Workers' Compensation line of business.  This person will be responsible for the line of  business strategy, best practices and operational execution.  The Claim Director will also be responsible for providing leadership to workers' compensation claim teams based in Richmond, Virginia and Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

The ideal candidate will possess significant workers' compensation claim experience and demonstrate an ability to work collaboratively with multiple business disciplines.  Additionally, the candidate should  have prior leadership experience and demonstrate a successful track record of leading operational change. 

This position reports to the Chief Claim Officer and is located in Richmond, Virginia.
