Your Role:

•Provide supervision and overall leadership to the store;
•Ensure Best Practice Standards are communicated to, and adhered to, by store staff;
•Communicate, implement, and support all direction from corporate office, regional manager, and field support personnel;
•Ensure the company operating standards in the area of customer service, housekeeping, and merchandising are consistently adhered to and maintained;
•Be involved in the planning and execution of store resets;
•Develop, communicate, and implement effective monthly operational plans that align with regional programs and objectives, including financial and fiscal responsibilities;
•Provide effective and timely communication to the operational staff and to the regional/corporate office;
•Support, train, and develop staff;
•Provide operational and merchandising training to operational staff following programs and techniques;
•Monitor compliance with Federal, State, Territory, and local regulations that impact our daily business operations; and
•Merchandising to train store personnel to achieve sales and profit targets.

Desired Skills & Experience:

•Prefer College degree. Minimum 12th grade education;
•5 years’ experience in managing retail, large store or big box preferred;
•Familiarity with US product mix;
•Strong oral and written communication skills;
•Good business acumen;
•Illustrate the ability to multi-task;
•Problem solving capabilities;
•Computer skills in Excel, Word, and Windows;
•Able to set your own priorities and those of your subordinates;
•Proven conflict management skills; and
•Strong customer focus.


Salary: US $80,000 to $90,000 (Plus STIP)
Location: Curacao
