This intermediate level engineering position will be the start of your career towards becoming an expert and leader of a world class electro-deposition paint system and wastewater treatment plant. By combining your academic resume, strong work ethic and constant professionalism, we will give you the opportunity to train alongside our current staff of operators and technical support members, leading to a more expanded senior role involving operation upgrades and improvements, quality assurance and new model launch activities.

Position Responsibilities:

• Operation of electro-deposition paint system and wastewater treatment plant

• Support and assist in maintenance and improvement activities

• Investigate & resolve quality related issues

• Design and test paint racks for new model parts

• Assist in monthly performance reporting requirements

• Post secondary education in a related field

• Strong work ethic

• Excellent communication skills

• A hands on, can do attitude

• Experience with:

• Automotive paint systems

• Wastewater treatment processes

• Environmental regulatory compliance

• Automotive Quality Control systems

• Troubleshooting and Mechanical aptitude

• Handling and disposal of hazardous wastes and dangerous goods

• Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949 Standards
