JUNIOR CREDIT ANALYST

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

·          Responsible for assisting / supporting Lincoln Electric and other entities in cash collection, application and reconciliation

·         Credit Reporting (lock box, under-payments, overpayments, residual balances, credit applications and references)

·         Collections of past due accounts: contact by phone, fax, and direct letter/packages

·         Investigate and resolve customer disputes involving pricing problems, merchandise returns, merchandise shortages, proof of delivery requests, and rebate reconciliation

 

Requirements:

 

·         High school education

·         College Degree/Business background is desired

·         Customer Service / Accounts Receivable background

·         1-2 years of credit and collection experience is desirable

·         Experience in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Lotus Notes

·         Accuracy and attention to detail is required when handling customer accounts
