Responsible for assisting / supporting Lincoln
Electric and other entities in cash collection, application and reconciliation
(lock box, under-payments, overpayments, residual balances, credit applications
of past due accounts: contact by phone, fax, and direct letter/packages
and resolve customer disputes involving pricing problems, merchandise returns,
merchandise shortages, proof of delivery requests, and rebate reconciliation
High school education
Degree/Business background is desired
Service / Accounts Receivable background
years of credit and collection experience is desirable
in Microsoft Office, SAP, and Lotus Notes
and attention to detail is required when handling customer accounts
