What will I be doing?

  • Preparing a variety of financial reports (audits, reviews, compilations, and tax returns).
  • Auditing a variety of a diverse mix of entities.
  • Identifying accounting, business and tax issues/opportunities and developing solutions/recommendations.
  • Clearly communicating recommendations verbally and in writing.
  • Handling special projects as needed.
  • Examining, reconciling and analyzing financial information such as balance sheets, fixed asset ledger, income statements, and monthly/quarterly operating results. 


What skills and knowledge should I have?

  • 1+ years of accounting experience.
  • Self-starter and successful in a team-oriented setting.
  • Solid understanding of basic accounting theory, tax and accounting practices.
  • Highly motivated, exceptional organizational skills and with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines.
  • Solid PC skills, including Microsoft Windows, Office applications and accounting systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), including ability to simplify and communicate complex business information.
  • Must have an undergraduate degree.
  • CPA or CPA candidate highly desirable.
