Job Description

Blue and Co, LLC is looking for two recruiters to join our growing Recruiting Team!

The Recruiters will work closely with hiring managers to identify personnel needs and to manage the full life cycle recruiting process. This will include creating job descriptions, writing and placing job postings, sourcing candidates, conducting initial phone screenings and preparing a written assessment, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and working closely with HR to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. This candidate must have the ability to work with and influence senior management, as well as, build strong relationships with candidates of all levels.

Position Details
• Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy for their area of specialization within the firm.
• Develop knowledge and insights into the business requirements in order to both anticipate and ensure fulfillment of open positions in a quality and timely manner.
• Utilize knowledge of external talent along with current recruiting techniques to network and build a pipeline of qualified and diverse talent.
• Generate regular, periodic reports on recruitment activity for the Human Resources Officer.
• Lead the planning and execution of candidate sourcing strategies in partnership with hiring managers.
• Participate in the candidate selection process.
• Organize and execute final candidate selection process and communications.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of recruiting policy, procedures and applicant tracking systems with excellent ability to source, screen, recruit and recommend strong talent.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting/placement laws and practices.
• Confers with Directors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications and skills required. 

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related discipline or equivalent work experience with a minimum of three years of experience in a Full Cycle Recruiting role within a professional services environment.
• Ability to effectively use Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (PC Recruiter or equivalent).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork and organizational skills including effective writing and speaking skills as well as flexibility to accommodate different personalities and professional work styles.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to organize work and projects, prioritize and meet deadlines. Ability to complete work in an efficient and accurate manner.
• Attention to detail.
• Reliable with adherence to confidentiality dictations.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting. Travel to various company offices on a periodic basis is required.
