 Monday- Friday


 Performs a variety of professional accounting duties such as monitoring various general ledger accounts, preparing and reviewing journal entries, etc.



  • Demonstrates and abides by the Company Core Values and the operating principles.
  • Check bank transactions of prior day.
  • Reconcile all bank accounts and balance sheet accounts.
  • Confirm all positive pay exceptions.
  • Transfer all tax, 401(k) and direct deposits.
  • Post journal entries and cash receipts to the Deltek accounting system.
  • Confirm all center billings.
  • Prepare stale drafts and 1099’s.
  • Complete credit applications as required.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.





 Minimum:  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. Minimum of 1 year experience in an accounting capacity. Model company Core Values


General Information:  Must possess sound working knowledge of accounting principles and practices, good organizational skills; ability to work with detailed information, excellent math skills,  ability to make arithmetic computations rapidly and accurately, proficient in the use of personal computer;


Knowledge Required: Ability to prioritize duties. An understanding of budget theory and accounting principles.  Some knowledge of government procurement regulations highly desirable.  Proficient in Excel.
