Our Line Cooks are focused on creating great tasting food that our guests will enjoy and helping to create a dining experience that makes them want to return again and again! Must have restaurant cooking experience, understand and adhere to food safety & sanitation standards, and be a team player. This position reports to the Sous Chef. Line Cooks help prepare cuisine that spans the globe, with internationally inspired menus!

Specific tasks include, but are not limited to: *Prepping and preparing menu items under the supervision of the Market Sous Chef while ensuring that all processes & procedures are followed *Participating in creating daily specials *Setting up work station, ensuring equipment is clean & ready for use, following requisition process for supplies *Monitoring par levels, prepping items to maintain par levels *Organizing expo areas and helping insure the integrity of the presentation of guest meals *Following food safety and sanitation protocols *Communicating effectively with Chef and other team members.
