Job Description

As a Sr. Information Governance Analyst you will provide direction and support to internal clients to understand the company’s Records and Information Governance Framework and lead implementation of best practices. In alignment with changes in the organization, you will identify potential needs for changes to guidelines, processes and systems and will work with internal stakeholders to make adjustments. You will promote Records and Information Governance requirements, the benefits of best practices, and the department's services offering.

Primary Responsibilities:

Consult and support internal clients in applying the organization’s Records and Information Governance Framework including taxonomy best practices.

Enhance and improve existing guidelines in alignment with changes in the organization and in line with legal and regulatory requirements.

Analyze existing processes and solution designs; evaluate alternative solution options aiming at continuous improvement.

Contribute to projects or work streams in either a leading or a contributing role.

Cooperate closely with a global team of Information Governance specialists, Legal, IT, Enterprise Architecture and business units as well as with stakeholders with various cultural and professional backgrounds.

Promote Information Governance requirements, best practices benefits and the department’s service offering.

About the Team:

We are a global team of Records and Information Management experts and consultants, allocated within the IT department. We design the Records Management framework, consult the business, provide services and implement systems related to Records and Information Management, and manage operational activities globally.

You will be involved with developing, managing and continuously improving systems, programs, and policies to ensure millions of documents created through signing new business, managing cash flows, evaluating risks, and many other transactions are secure while maintaining easy accessibility and compliance with all external and internal regulations.

You will have the opportunity to understand a variety of businesses within the company. You will consult internal clients from different business functions and regions on Records and Information Management processes globally with the goal of ensuring the organization is compliant with legal, regulatory and business requirements.

Primary Requirements:

5+ years of experience in Records & Information Governance

College degree or equivalent work experience in Information Science, Laws, Business Administration, Economics

Affinity to IT solutions and applications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Excellent writing and presentation skills

Strong analytical skills

Demonstrate initiative, work independently and manage multiple deadlines

Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a "can do" attitude

Conceptual strength, solution oriented mind set-up, service orientation and client focus

Understanding of insurance, reinsurance or financial industries is a plus

Motivated to learn and develop yourself and the team

Ready to work in a multicultural and global environment
