Job Title Talent Acquisition Coordinator-Internal Opening

Job Description

Cutting Edge Connect is requesting applications for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator role at our Libertyville, IL office who will be a new member in our growing team of talented consultants. You will act as the midpoint between the executive leadership and our clients to assemble sourcing strategies, targeting qualified people for our client's open positions, and qualifying the potential employees.

Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Coordinator will demonstrate their initiative and drive in this role by devising and putting into action new methods of promoting our open roles to candidates using branding collateral drafted by our client companies.

Primary Responsibilities

Research Focus

  • Identify talent through sourcing strategies and qualify them via resume review, phone interview, and social media research.
  • Conduct phone calls with clients and candidates.
  • Attend client strategy meetings and project team with ongoing updates on progress of staffing positions.
  • Use and gain expertise in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), which will include creating requisitions and job descriptions, screening resumes, corresponding with candidates, and entering candidate notes.

Talent Acquisition Focus

  • Construct advertising campaigns to promote our opportunities to candidates.
  • Draft collateral to highlight our client companies. These materials will be presented along with open roles to sell opportunities to candidates.
  • Manage social media space on company pages and talent networks.

Primary Requirements

  • At least an Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Good communications skills that can be demonstrated with concrete work-related examples.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and determine priorities even with a large workload.
  • Desire to approach complex problems and advocate for untested solutions.
  • Experience managing projects where multiple people are involved. Coursework is acceptable.
