Electrician - Euclid
- Able to
electrically troubleshoot, repair and maintain all types of industrial
machinery and equipment. This involves both electrical and

assist other tradesmen whenever possible to accomplish the desired result.

manner as possible, while being consistent with good electrical safety
- Plan and
implement preventative and predictive electrical maintenance programs to
maximize equipment up time.
- May be
required to train fellow tradesmen.
- Keeps neat
orderly records and order electrical spare parts.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Successful completion of an Electrician Apprentice
Program, an Associate degree in Electronics, or equivalent job experience
- Must have an excellent knowledge of
electrical/electronics troubleshooting. Some knowledge of
construction, hydraulic, pneumatic, and combustion systems.
- Must have a good level of capability and knowledge of
wiring diagrams, engineering drawings, solid state devices, codes and the
operation of electronic test equipment.
- Experience in relay logic and programmable controller
logic is necessary.
- Good attendance required.
- Must be able to climb ladders and lift up to 60 pounds
on an occasional basis.
- Must be able to distinguish colors used in color-coding
wires and electronic components.
- Must be willing to continuously improve technical
skills and knowledge of plant equipment.
- Must be able to rotate shifts.
