This position can be located in any major US city.

The Sr. Records and Information Governance Technology Consultant is a client facing role with responsibility to use functional and technical subject matter expertise in records management to assist customers in deploying and adopting RIM software technology. He/she will be skilled in teaching and guiding customers through implementing enterprise document management (DM) and records management (RM) projects.

The Sr. Consultant will partner with other internal functions such as Customer Adoption, Research and Development and Product Management to plan and execute future learning development projects in support of upcoming software releases. In addition to being an expert in DM and RM, the desired candidate must be experienced in project management and consulting methodologies and have excellent presentation skills. This role requires travel which at times could exceed 50%.

Primary Responsibilities:

Scoping, planning, and executing records management and document management software engagements.

Developing and delivering RIM records and document management training curriculum.

Primary Requirements:

BS degree. High level education and related certifications is preferred.

A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing client engagements involving technical solutions and technology consulting in fields such as records management, information governance, enterprise content management, information risk and compliance.

Skilled at using MS Office and MS Project.

A comprehensive understanding of the records and document management implications of email management and electronic data storage.

Demonstrated skill in implementing an enterprise records management, document management or content management solution.

Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
