Responsibilities:

·        Participate & comply with safety & environmental programs

·        Able to manage all activities as sole Management Representative for entire plant as well as directly supervise front line production employees

         Qualifications required:

·         Ability to work safely and with minimal supervision

·         Excellent work ethic & values, interpersonal & communication skills

·         Strong supervisory, organizational and problem resolution abilities

·         High School Diploma or GED

·         5+ years recent relevant experience

·         Heavy industry, mining manufacturing, mechanically inclined and/or kiln experience preferred

·         Good computer skills and SAP experience preferred

·         Flexible to work shift-work & weekends
