 Monday- Friday



 Responsible for the day-to-day activities of the Human Resources Department. 




  • Demonstrates and abides by the Company Core Values and the operating principles.
  • Utilizes automated HR system to process new hire, termination, promotional, merit and other paperwork for all CSD locations. 
  • Audits transactions from field locations.
  • Responsible for data contained in the automated HR System.
  • Conducts pre-employment criminal background checks and substance abuse screens.
  • Conducts new hire orientation.
  • Responsible for compiling and submitting annual EEO/Veterans reports for all CSD locations.
  • Responsible for compiling other statistical data as needed.
  • Maintains and updates the HR Share Point site. 
  • Provides support during start-up and close-out transitions.
  • Assists in interpreting and administering Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


 Minimum:  High School graduate or equivalent. Two to three years Human Resources experience.  Strong verbal and written communication skills.  Model company Core Values

 General Information:  In order to perform the essential job functions of this position, candidate must be a self-starter,  work independently and maintain a high level of confidentiality. Advanced coursework in Human Resources or other related field. 

 Knowledge Required: Ability to prioritize duties, Proficient in MS Word/Excel, Basic knowledge of EEO/AA legislation, Ability to travel, if needed during a transition start-up,

Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, Effective communication skills.
