Job Description

 

The Identity Management Manager is a member of the Financial Services Advisory Practice.  He/she provides technology and risk consulting services to major financial institutions around the world so they can respond to complex business challenges. The Financial Services Advisory practice is composed of three industry sectors: Asset Management, Banking & Capital Markets and Insurance.  He/she will work with a team of business integrators with extensive consulting and industry experience to help clients solve complex business issues from strategy through execution. He/she will be skilled in IT Security, Privacy & Risk and have the ability to apply it to client business issues, including a collection of security spectrum capabilities, security strategy, governance, IT risk, security technologies, cyber-crime and breach response.

Primary Responsibilities and Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree is required.  Higher education is a plus.

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in

Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Project Manager Professional (PMP) or Certified JAVA Developer are preferred.

Extensive knowledge and success managing client engagements relating to the creation of business processes and solutions enabled by identity and access management, including requirements analysis, strategy, design, implementation, and migration for businesses.

Experience producing and managing client deliverables related to enterprise scale Information Security engagements, including utilizing the Identity Management suite of products (CA, SUN, IBM, Oracle), their design and implementation.

Identify and address client needs by building solid relationships, developing an awareness of the firm’s services; communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks, and resolving potential conflicts.

Supervision and development of staff on multiple projects.

Perform as a team member: understanding personal and team roles, contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members, proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback.

Strong individual initiative with ability to think creatively and problem solve.

Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes.

Communicate in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats including delivering clear requests for information and communicating potential conflicts

Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses of large and complex data.

Collaborate with business development teams responsible for writing and presenting proposals to prospective clients.  Communicate plans and performance results with leadership.

Identify and address client needs while displaying the ability to contribute to the development of a business vision and manage implementation efforts with complex project management capabilities.

Contribute and mange project planning, engagement administration, budget management, and successful completion of engagement work-streams.

Contribute to business development opportunities and engagements from pre-sale and initial scoping through final delivery and sign-off.

Lead teams to generate a vision, establish direction, and motivate team members.

Travel requirements: up to 75%.
