Our client is one of the top international brands in the industry which manages an ultra luxury Resort in Bali with 100+ villas.
This role will oversee one of the most famous fine-dining beach-front restaurants in Bali.
This role will be reporting to Executive Chef.
This is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate and note that the group offers great career progression possibilities.
Definitely after a 2-year term, an Executive Sous Chef role within the group's wide portfolio will be on the table.
Please note that this position is available for Expats only.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same position in a high volume kitchen operation producing highest quality standards of food
• Extensive experience and understanding of South East Asian Cuisine with an emphasis on modern food
• Supervisory and management experience required
• Culinary qualifications essential
• Having a “whatever it takes” attitude
• Out of the box approach to food
• Strong in cooking as well as presentation
• Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and safety standards
• Promotes team work
• Displays confident and professional manner
• Displays flexibility
• Culturally adaptable with strong focus on relationship with the team
