Job Description
Our client is a 5* boutique resort with +/- 100 rooms and multiple F&B outlets (2 bars, 3 restaurants and banquet facility) on an idyllic beach on a tropical island in Philippines.

This role will be reporting directly to General Manager and will be based in Manila.

Please note that this position is available for Filipino Nationals only.


• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Hospitality Management
• Ability and willingness to travel to the resort on regular basis
• Strong financial management skills i.e., ability to analyze P&L statements, develop operating budgets, prepare a short and long term forecast and champion capital expenditure planning
• Knowledge of purchasing, inventory controls, supplies and equipment
• Knowledge of overall hotel operations as they affect the department
• Ability to use standard software applications and hotel systems
• Strategic planning skills; ability to translate financial concepts into actionable business strategies and tactics
• Ability to take constructive action without relying on directions from others
• Ability to network and build relationships to improve the efficiency and growth of the business
• Effective decision-making skills, effective influence skills
• Strong negotiation skills to improve contracts with suppliers
• Excellent English both spoken and written
• Strong organization skills, problem solving skills, communication skills, leadership, customer & associate relation skills and result oriented
• Energetic, hands-on, eager, dynamic and motivated

• Strong level of proficiency in excel
