Job Description

There is currently an urgent need for an individual with financial services support experience to join a growing, extremely stable brokerage on a full-time basis.  This is a terrific opportunity offering a lucrative base salary, exceptional bonus program and other outstanding perks.

 

Job Description

 

  • Maintain client portfolios 
  • Monitor and review securities-related actives
  • Buy and sell stocks, bonds and mutual funds
  • Interact directly with clients to answer questions and relay pertinent information
  • Prepare transfer histories and statements
  • Communicate with broker dealer regarding compliance issues and approvals
  • Assist in developing new business opportunities and open all brokerage accounts 

All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

  • Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have back-office operations support experience within a brokerage/financial management organization
  • Skilled in using  Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Accustomed to interacting directly with clients as well as managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Life insurance operations experience i.e. following applications through the process, etc.
  • Series 7 and/or insurance licensure is a plus
