Capstrat seeks a dynamic, multi-faceted Recruitment Specialist to join our HR team. Key talents include full life-cycle recruitment and a proven track record of recruiting success within professional services. This individual must be detail oriented and proficient in human resource generalist duties.
Job duties include all external recruitment such as multiple-channel sourcing, telephone and initial interview screening, and scheduling interviews. Applicants need to maintain an understanding of the federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
The Recruitment Specialist will coordinate on-boarding schedules, new hire orientation, Federal employment verifications, HR file preparation, background check completion and initial drug testing appointment scheduling. Conduct all employee interactions with sensitivity and confidentiality. Consult with Talent Manager on issues needing escalation or research.
Candidates should have knowledge of principles and practices relating to personnel administration, effective oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills. Using learned and experiential knowledge, work with hiring managers to assess current and future staffing needs and promptly source, target, and present appropriate candidates. The Recruitment Specialist must be a perceptive person, capable of relating to individuals at all levels within the organization.
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
