Job Description
Our client is a very high end 5* Boutique Resort with +/- 50 villas in Cambodia.

Note that this superb resort is located in a magnificent, but remote location.

This role will be the #2 with direct report to GM.

Our client is looking for an experienced, “hands-on” style operator with a good presence who can successfully lead and mentor a team of passionate local staff who deliver a truly memorable experience for their guests, take full charge as decision maker when GM is not around and provide the highest quality service to their demanding clientele.

Note that the resort also has an Expat EAM F&B, so it is very much a rooms division focus with primary focus Guest Experience/Front Office.
Role will be overseeing the Rooms Division operation (Guest Experience/Front Office and Housekeeping); also Transport, Activities and Spa.

• 5*, leisure resort and boutique operation experience
• Ideally Asia & remote location experience
• Coming from Rooms background
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field 
• Very visible position, guest focused and engaging, passionate about service, meet and know the guests

• Highly interactive, people friendly, sensitive to staff needs and a great team player
