Digital Growth Hacker

As a Digital Growth Hacker you will use your insatiable curiosity to identify and recommend digital technology solutions that help grow our clients’ business. You will use your ability to connect consumer need with digital tools that solve their problems as the jumping off point for digital strategy recommendations that you are convinced will drive business.


You will lead the exploration and integration of clients’ marketing strategy, business processes, brand and market positioning, and customer engagement with consumer-facing digital technology resources/capabilities.


You will put your comfort in front of a crowd to good use, with both current clients and the new business prospects who will be our next great partners. Working across our Strategy, Client Marketing, Digital Activation, and Decision Sciences teams, you will have the potential to touch every element of our clients’ digital world.


Digital Growth Hackers assist our client teams in:

·         Lead development of comprehensive solutions to define digital business paths forward, integrating customer engagement strategies, and needed technology and process/resource capabilities

·         Developing long-term digital strategy that is in line with consumer needs

·         Understanding what technologies our clients’ customers will be using next and communicating the ramifications

·         Translating big-picture, strategic thinking into actionable, impactful recommendations and plans

·         Making decisions based on digital metrics

Digital Media Tools:

·         comScore, Google Analytics, and Wordpress development experience a plus



·         Bachelor’s degree

·         3-5 years in a consultative digital strategy environment

·             Proficient with Microsoft Office for PC and/or Mac
