Works closely with President to effectively manage time, works in direct cooperation on all related projects. Promotes the corporate image by representing the President internally and externally. Provides direct administrative support on proposal efforts, contract negotiations and other projects and tasks for which the President has direct connections within the organization. Provides liaison between the president, key executives, and employees. Serves as key correspondent with other areas of the company for corporate communications.

Works directly with President on finalizing proposal efforts, working on new business opportunities.
Uses strong financial skills to analyze data in various computer software programs.

Represents the president professionally as a liaison for welcoming, VIPs, visitors and important guests.
Uses strong working knowledge of English to reviewing correspondence, conduct proof-reading or final edits before the President approves or signs various documents for accuracy.

Has a working knowledge of government contracting and the various terms and terminology.

Can arrange and make changes upon immediate notice to accommodate scheduling changes to include a multitude of travel arrangements simultaneously and able to present them in an organized and understandable manner.  

Serves a key role in working with staff to publish the corporate newsletter and other corporate mass communications. This is done by gathering information; preparing and editing articles; designing graphic presentation; producing and distributing.

Provides direct support to key executives to make consistent decisions by advising them of historical precedents; serving as liaison between them and the president.

Arranges corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; scheduling the corporate jet; booking other transportation; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations.

Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives; determining priorities; managing time; gaining cooperation of others; monitoring progress; problem-solving; making adjustments to plans.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes.

Enhances president's and corporation's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Minimum 5 years of experience providing administrative support for high-level executives (VP or President level).
Bachelors Degree in English or Communications required.
Masters Degree in Business, English or Communication, is a plus.
Flexible to accommodate any work schedule (weekdays, evenings or weekends).
Expert-level of proficiency in all Microsoft Office software (to include: Word, Project, Outlook, Excel, etc.) 
Able to multi-task without issue and in an organized fashion.
Able to type with a great deal of accuracy. 
Great attention to detail.
Professional in demeanor and appearance.
Expert verbal and written communication skills. 
Strong working knowledge in the terms of government contracting. 
High-level Scheduling and Presentation Skills.
Self-started and well-organized.
Strong Written Communication.
Promotes Process Improvement.
Able to make moderate Decision Making
