Outside Sales Account Executive

Our Fortune 500 Telecom client has an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Business Account Executive. The successful candidate will play an instrumental role in expanding the business services and product offerings of our client selling an enterprise suite of internet, high capacity data and video based services to mid-size and large businesses. By cultivating local partnerships and affiliate relationships, the successful candidate will develop new business as well as retain current customer relationships.

Outside Sales Representative Requirements:

  • 2 years+ business to business sales with at least 1 year experience in the telecommunications industry (wireline, metro ethernet, wireless, high-capacity data, internet technology or video-based services)
  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record and will be able to produce a "Brag Book" and quantify sales success
  • Ability to drive sales through networking, creating referral partnerships, and creative marketing
  • Should have a strong technical aptitude
  • Clean driving record
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Ability to run face to face appointments with potential clients
  • Must be willing to spend over 50% of time out of the office with clients
  • Ability to prospect new business via referral sources and cold calling

Outside Sales Position Benefits:

  • $50,000 Base Salary with On-Target-Earnings approximately $100,000
