We're currently beginning discussions with Lenders for a few select mid and senior level opportunities in both the Western and Southwestern Suburban markets. 

Ideal candidate qualifications include:
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional client service in a bank setting. Our service is what sets us apart and it’s deeply ingrained in our culture—we’re looking for the best of the best!
  • 7+ years of Commercial Lending experience working with middle market C&I clients.
  • Formal credit training, including significant exposure to underwriting C&I deals.
  • Commercial relationship management experience including the ability to communicate and problem-solve effectively.
  • Track record calling on commercial prospects to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.  Several years of proven C&I sales success is required.
  • 4-year degree in business or related field (i.e. Accounting, Finance, Economics, general Business, etc.).
