MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: Doctorate of Medicine or Osteopathic Medicine with a specialty in Gastroenterology. Completed Internal Medicine residency in the Licensures: Licensed by the State of Relevant Work Experience: Three Physicians in this position have access to verbal, written and/or electronic protected health information, as defined by HIPAA.
