Interested? Keep reading!  You will assist the Sales Operations team and help manage online campaigns. This position will involve, but is not limited to, coordinating, trafficking and optimizing advertising campaigns running on the YouTube site and network.

Responsibilities:
  • Trafficking and management of online advertising campaigns.
  • Monitor delivery of campaign from beginning to end and optimizing as needed.
  • Proactive daily analysis and campaign optimization.
  • Produce weekly reports outlining campaign performance.
  • Monitor network performance.
  • Interact with internal as well as external clients to ensure a successful advertising campaign.
  • Support Sales Team with advertising campaign maintenance.
  • Perform the day-to-day ad placement, scheduling and updates for customers, including rich media ad placements.
  • Screen incoming creatives to uphold content restrictions and specs.
  • Prepare and edit HTML code used to deliver ad creative.
Requirements:
  • 1 year minimum of online ad trafficking experience. (Advertising industry experience preferred)
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of ad-serving technologies, particularly DART for Advertisers.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, Flash, and JavaScript.
  • Quick learner - it is critical that you can rapidly acquire and apply new technical skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Able to interact comfortably with both clients and other internal departments.
  • Knowledge of 3rd party advertising tags (Mediaplex, Atlas, and Doubleclick).
  • BA/BS degree.
