Job Description

  • Research, launch and maintain Facilities work order management system
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships with both vendors and internal departments
  • Develop and coordinate and process purchase orders, invoices/expenses
  • Screen all facility vendors to ensure licensing, bonding and insurance
  • Manage relationships with Property Managers, General Contractors, Consultants


All candidates MUST have the following experiences to qualify for consideration

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management Services, or related field
  • 5-10 years facilities restaurant experience is a MUST
  • Experience with Facilities Work Order Management Systems and an intranet platform
  • Knowledge of facilities, operations, construction, contract service agreements and financial principles
  • Expereince with restaurant specific facilities Carrigo, OfficeTrax, ServiceChannel, and Facilities Solution
  • Travel required 15% - 20% of the time
