Our Gwinnett County dealership has an IMMEDIATE OPENING for Tag & Title Clerk with Reynolds &  Reynolds and/or ADP experience. Candidate should be Microsoft Excel and Word proficient. Pay range based on experience/qualifications.

Responsibilities Include:

• Processing DMV Paperwork on New, Used and Wholesale Vehicles.
• Call and Collect on Wholesale Receivables.
• Call on payoff Titles not yet received. Purchase used vehicles.
• Chase titles for used vehicles.
• Purchase lease buy-backs/returns.
• Check all used trades for correct paperwork.
• Run bookouts on used vehicle purchases.
• Verify VINs as needed.
• Prepare and maintain missing title list
• Account for vehicle purchase payables (Transport, buy fees)
• Process all title corrections.
• Prepare NSI's and file T-53's as needed
