The PCRecruiter Web extensions give PCRecruiter owners and users
a complete e-commerce application for staffing. The Web extensions
run alongside the PCRecruiter Thin Client application so your users
may gain the benefit of remote connectivity and a second application
choice as well.
The extensions appear to operate as an Internet job board to visitors
to your site but, on the back end, the transactions are completely
integrated with your PCRecruiter database.
Candidates may log on and browse jobs (with powerful search tools)
without registering. If they see a job they like, they may hit an
'Inquire' button that will prompt them for a registration. The registration
is configurable by the owners for fields presented, fields required,
colors and background. With these tools, you can tailor a registration
to your own website's style and taste.
For each identified area/specialty, you may use built-in PCRecruiter
assessment tools to survey registrants for detailed matches to your
needs and add those names automatically to pre-selected rollup lists.
Once the candidate completes the registration, emails are generated
to the recruiter and interview records are created in the PCRecruiter
database to track the interest and action on each job. The jobs
themselves are directly viewed in real time from your PCRecruiter
database and are configured to your needs.
On the employer side, employers may log onto the site, register and
post jobs directly into your PCRecruiter database. Activities and
contact records are created for each event and employers may then
browse for candidates (again, with powerful search tools) via resumes/CVs
and profiles that you create or allow access to.
The PCRecruiter Web Extensions are the best way to create a virtually
instant fully powered Internet job board that is tied to a powerful
sales automation tool. If you use PCRecruiter through our ASP, all
you need do is create two simple links from your site (or one link
if you decide to use only one side of the application).
If you host PCRecruiter on your own systems, you will need to have
Internet Access to the Internet Information Server of a 32-Bit Windows
computer that has high speed (LAN or WAN) connectivity with your
database server. Often this is a single server with a DSL or ISDN
line connected to it.
