The custom fields now have a separate
button on the face screen of each record. This was done to allow the
custom fields to float in the upper right (or wherever you want them)
and change while you flip records. This gives several side benefits
including a faster load time for notes and custom fields, as they
are not opening with each other.
A NOTE ON THE SEARCH ENGINE
Users sometimes have issues with the searching percentage scores.
There is an algorithm that does not determine strict hits. If a word
is in both attributes and resume it gets a weighted factor. The return
sort is not influenced by repeated words in a single document, but
the percentage factor score may be. The percentage score is created
by a set of logical factors. At no time is the percentage score directly
related to the number of words in the search criteria versus the number
of hits. This is normal practice on search engines.

RECENT IMPROVEMENT EXPLAINED
On Company Records you may now code a company as a client. When you
hit save, the fields will change color to show this. Whenever you
add a name to that company, the status of the new name will default
to "E" and not "C".
When a name is added to a non client company, it will default to "C".
In both cases, each name may be coded as you wish at any time. The
main use is to color code those people to be recruited, and those
who are not. Naturally, companies to be recruited from and for is
also clear at a glance. The clients will show up with a red circle
and a slash icon on the name and company lists.
