This update has three notable new features and several smaller refinements.

A new feature, by popular demand, is a resume header insert. When you click the "header" checkbox, it will add your selected .rtf header to the top of each resume printed and e mailed.

To select or add your header, click the "set" button (both are located on the resume window of each name) and browse to the location of your .rtf file. You can save fonts or images for your header; just put it in a folder and set it with the "set" button.

Another feature, again by popular demand, is the ability to send a resume or a bulk mail as an attachment. Just click the "send as attachment" checkbox, and it will add an .rtf file to your outgoing mail.

A suggestion via website resulted in a cool little feature on the job order screen. If you look at the fields for salary range, you will see that the "to" label between current and desired salary is now a button.

When you push it, you get a slide bar. If you slide the bar to your fee percentage, it will show you the upper and lower values for each percentage as you slide it, based on the salary of a given job. Saves some clicking on the "cipher machine"

Refinements include; reformatted custom fields so that the field names share the font and label color of the regular front page fields. Also new; before you send a bulk mail, a dialog will prompt you to be SURE that is the list you want to send !

Three more minor features added;

On the name roll up lists, you can now print mailing labels that are addressed to the person at their company. This way, you now have the option to mail to people at home or at work.

When creating a new database, it is often a pain in the A*% to copy all of the user records into the new DB. As of now, there is a button on the user screen that will bulk copy the user records from one DB to another. HOWEVER, to avoid a security hole, you must add at least one user record to the new DB with admin permissions and a good user name and password from the starting DB. Once one is added, you can log onto the new DB with a proper user name/password combo from the old DB, and copy the rest of the names over. There is also a new button to list all of the users without having to scroll them.

You can now Mark a call Attempted on the Scheduler.

Many other small tweaks in the code for more speed, reliability , etc.

As always , BACK UP YOUR DATA FILES. You might also want to actually run through a restore of your backup, just to see what would happen if you needed it. NEVER GET DOWN TO YOUR LAST BACKUP !!!!
