Account Manager – Memphis, TN


  • Build and maintain close, emotional relationships with Company’s customers
  • This role extends far beyond a traditional sales position and will require the candidate to demonstrate strong business acumen, deep understanding of the business as a whole and exceptional social intelligence
  • Need to intimately understand Company’s commercial offerings, articulate the benefits of Company’s products / offering and close the sale with new clients
  • Once the relationship has been established, Account Manager will devote their efforts to delighting their clients with deep knowledge of their operations, exceptional customer service and build a long-lasting partnership with clients.
  • Will work closely with an experienced experts within the Company to enable client’s success by maximizing profitability


  • Build, secure and retain a long-term customer relationships
  • Build a strong foundation and relationship with Company experts and have a strong line of communication
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pace
  • Partner with Managers to improve clients profitability and provide world-class service to the client
  • Effectively communicate Company’s mission and technology
  • Maintain client’s accounts and necessary documentation in CRM tool
  • Internalize, exhibit, and represent Company so that it is seen as a fantastic commercial organization
