Inside Sales Representative

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for growing the company trucking program with prospective carriers by utilizing sales and customer service skills in increasing enrollments, determining quality leads and providing a top-notch customer service experience.

OUTCOMES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Effectively and professionally introduce Company trucking program and vision to prospective carriers
  • Increase number of enrollments
  • Cold call to find qualified leads
  • Adhere to company data standards
  • Offer outstanding customer service
  • Passionately pursue the achievement of sales metrics while constantly honing communication skills, listening skills, sales techniques and industry knowledge

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
  • 1-3 years of inside sales or customer service experience a plus
  • Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
  • Strong Work Ethic with a desire to build a career in Sales
  • Knowledge of trucking transportation and logistics is a plus
