Are you a leader, who understands Program management and has experience in creating, shaping and operating new program management structures as a High Technology Program Director? Do you aspire to a strategic leadership role in a new Global Design Center in the Boston area? Are you a leader of technology innovation and new product / technology development and introduction? In this role you’ll assume end to end ownership for all new technology development. You will be accountable for the delivery of all aspects of the project portfolio: Marketing, Service, R&D, Finance, Quality, Advanced manufacturing and related supply chain activities.
You’ll have an opportunity to have a direct impact on the growth of the company and the sustainability of our business in two key technology areas related to marking, identification, of packaging and products.
This program director function triggers multiple aspects of key managerial competences and creates through its exposure future career potential.
You should possess minimum 15 years of engineering experience within an industrial environment and experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and shaping organizations. You should possess clear capabilities in people management and reporting skills. Management experience of complex programs is essential.
