One of the technology domain areas is Laser/Photonics based

In this role you’ll assume end to end ownership for all new technology development. You will be accountable for the delivery of all aspects of the project portfolio: Marketing, Service, R&D, Finance, Quality, Advanced manufacturing and related supply chain activities.

You’ll have an opportunity to have a direct impact on the growth of the company and the sustainability of our business in two key technology areas related to marking, identification, of packaging and products.

This program director function triggers multiple aspects of key managerial competences and creates through its exposure future career potential.

You should possess minimum 15 years of engineering experience within an industrial environment and experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and shaping organizations. You should possess clear capabilities in people management and reporting skills. Management experience of complex programs is essential.

Principal Activities / Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Manage on a daily basis the Stage Gate Process for new products and key components
  • Manage the governance process and communication within the product line.
  • Manage the development partnerships ones they passed technology readiness level 4 (TRL4)
  • Plan and coordinate and is accountable for all stages of the Process of Projects in scope, including setting

milestones, timelines, direct project execution, monitor and report progress, and take

corrective action where needed, irrespective of where in the process the project is.

  • Participates in the development strategy with the other directors ( Make or buy,

partnerships, collaboration) but is accountable for the development objectives and priorities.

Education and/or Experience Required:

  • Master’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in program management
  • 15 years of experience in managing multidisciplinary team in an industrial environment

with high quality standards.

General Skills:

  • Strong technology background combined with project management skills.
  • Business acumen combined with negotiation- and management skills.
  • High level of credibility through experience and the power to implement.
  • Shaping organizations
  • Strong communicator

Technology Background:

  • Knowledge of printing/imaging technologies, laser, inkjet, hotmelt a plus
  • A track record of leading technology development A track record of leading cross disciplinary hardware technology development programs resulting in new product development (electronics, mechanical, photonic/laser/optical, software)
