Job Description:
  • Administrative Assistant and receptionist duties.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Database experience is a plus
  • Experience with creating Visual Aids and Training Videos is a plus.
  • Calendar scheduling for 14 rooms, coordinating lunches and snacks
  • Expense reporting and processing invoices
  • Timekeeping
  • Providing Administrative support to 3 supervisors
  • Previous company experience is a plus
