Job Description
Immediate 1 year position available in Waynesboro, GA.

Desired Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Office management and finance.
  • Experience requires: Bookkeeping: monitoring and recording expenditures.
  • Create spreadsheets, reporting expenses to Testing Managers/Director.
  • Prepare periodic forecasting and financial update.
  • Prepare presentations to operations and financial management.
  • Planning and Scheduling: Scheduling appointments and preparing presentation materials.
  • Maintaining Initial Testing Team calendar.
  • Documentation: help office members with documentation (storing, organizing and managing files), type, edit and proofread documents.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Individuals are desired with backgrounds in Bookkeeping, Planning, Scheduling, Typing, Documentation review.
  • Individuals must have experience using Microsoft Office products (particularly Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
