Our Client: A top notch multinational in the FMCG industry

Your Role: Marketing Supervisor

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the supervisor will manage the Lower Gulf Markets. It's a unique role revolving mainly around marketing and brand management however, with field trade visits being an integral part as well. This is a highly cross functional role with a lot of exposure to the senior management and hence, we need someone who can 'shine'.
Driving the realization and implementation of marketing strategy and plans across the Lower Gulf markets while supporting the Manager in commercial plans, strategic documents and periodical business reviews by providing solid input and raising necessary flags from retail audit analysis to enable relevant action plans.

Ensuring timely ordering & delivery/execution of POSM, visuals, and materials. Actively involved in briefing the creative agency on branding opportunities while making sure that all concepts provided are in line with the brand guidelines.

Must Have: 6-8 years relevant brand / marketing experience within core consumer goods industry. Field sales/ Trade marketing experience is highly beneficial.

Education/ Qualification: Graduate

Excellent communication & inter-personal skills
