Our client a leading name in the fashion apparel industry are looking to bring on board a Senior Marketing Manager to lead their team in Dubai. The Job holder will be responsible to effectively support in the establishment of Brand through brand building exercises & various marketing channels. Key responsibilities will include establish and maintain strategic marketing alliances to drive growth in top-line revenues and increase awareness within the stores , analyze seasonal market trends with consumer-centric approach and translate them to economically viable options in alignment with business potential and growth plans ,achieve the set ROI’s from marketing initiatives and ensuring the department works as a profit centre , formulate a yearly marketing plan and assign budgets based on country contribution to sales , strategize & manage all ATL and BTL communications, Events, Online and PR mediums for the brand ,coordinate internally with graphic designers, visual merchandisers and the retail team for timely launch of show windows ,create and deliver strategy which increases digital presence of the brand and increase web traffic into the brand website , increase Brands digital awareness through focused campaigns using various online marketing strategies through Google Adwords, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Referral Marketing , deliver social media campaigns focused on increasing customer engagement rates and influence customers to walk-in to the stores for additional business revenue .
12+ years of experience with at least 5+ years in a fashion/retail environment.
Graduate with a degree in Marketing
Indian candidates highly preferred for the role
