Our Client: Leading FMCG client based in Oman..Your Role: Looking for a driven, energetic, results orientated, self-motivated Senior Sales Manager to join a world-class FMCG company based in Oman. The job holder will be responsible for managing the entire Oman market (Frozen & Snacks) for sales and distribution. You will be tasked with setting targets, securing new business and working closely with the operations team to improve profitability.
Must Have: Graduate with 5 years' experience in FMCG distribution (GCC experience), Business Development skills, Strong sales background, A strong background in Snacks. Strong interpersonal skills with an excellent command of English; Arabic would be advantageous. You MUST have previous distribution management experience. KPIs, sales targets, budgets, forecasts and distribution strategies experience. Preferred ARABIC NATIONALS.
