Job Description

We are looking for a BPO Call Center Leader that can provide support to Supervisors and their respective teams. Lead by example with team motivation, recognition, coaching and embracing the Company culture. Working closely with Senior Management to ensure the team is appropriately staffed, motivated, and meeting quality and quantity goals.

THE LOCATION IS IN CHANDLER AZ

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain an engaged and motivated workforce.
  • Provide daily direction to team members.
  • Conduct coaching, developmental sessions, performance reviews, and administer disciplinary action as needed.
  • Collaborate with Operations on workforce management, including staffing and scheduling to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Ensures KPI’s are met or exceeded.
  • Ensures productivity goals are met by maximizing on-phone time

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma/GED required
  • Minimum of 6 years BPO/call center experience
  • Minimum 2 years Management experience
  • Ability to effectively manage and motivate contact/call center teams
  • Proven ability to set and achieve goals on a day to day basis.
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Ability to follow direction without close supervision
  • Flexibility with scheduling
