Call Center Sales Director
Our client is an established for over 20 consecutive years. Located close to Thousand Oaks, Ca this is business-to-business and business-to-consumer blended sales environment.
They have an immediate need for a Call Center Sales Director to lead their small team of inside sales representatives. Primary responsibility is to increase sales revenue by being able to effectively hire, manage, and coach a successful team.
Candidate should be enthusiastic creative, and persistent. The candidate will be influential in developing strategy as well as exceeding goals for the department.
Responsibilities of the Call Center Director
- Manage & develop a high-performing inside sales team of 15-20
- Continue to achieve historical sales growth
- Qualifications of the Call Center Director
- 5 years minimum inside sales leadership
- Experience recruiting and hiring effective sales representatives
- Demonstrated track record of reaching and exceeding goals
- Energetic, effective communicator
- Executive demeanor and presentation required
- Ability to develop others' strengths and enhance performance
- Must possess strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills
Salary 100k to 130k based on experience
Commission 25k to 75k annual (paid monthly)
