Job Description
The Call Center Group A-Z is looking for a part-time work-from-home appointment setter for our executive recruiting business. The Call Center Group A-Z is an 11-year-old executive recruiting agency that has built a great reputation for helping call centers all over the world in finding the best talent.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • At least 3 years of business-to-business (B2B) phone sales or B2B appointment setting
  • Insatiable thirst for producing results and easily comfortable making 100+ calls a day
  • Ability to follow scripts and handle objections
  • Independent, creative, resourceful and a problem-solver while remaining ethical and following protocol
  • Understanding the recruiting business is a plus
  • Professional home office with high speed internet and privacy while working
  • Above average computer skills, MS Office proficiency, typing skills and internet savvy.
  • Database / CRM experience a definite plus.
  • Stable work record
COMPENSATION:

$15.00 to $20.00 per hour
Commissions will be between $10,000. To $25,000.00 per year
Pus residual income
Paid weekly

Hours: Flexible 20 hours per week, Monday through Thursday (business hours)
